Annual report

In accordance with the Article 20 of the Act on Control of Dual-Use Items, the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs is obliged to prepare an Annual report on the export of dual-use goods by April 30 of the current year.

The annual report contains information on the legislative framework of dual-use export control as well as information on number of dual-use licences issued, number of realised and denied applications for the export of dual-use items, as well as all the other relevant information related to the dual-use export control system in the Republic of Croatia.
