Posmrtni ostaci gospodina Antona Belića stižu u Hrvatsku

Mortal remains of Mr. Anton Belić were transported to Croatia, by joint efforts of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Croatia and the Croatian Embassy in Cairo, and with the help of a sponsor who financed the transport.

Mr. Anton Belić spent 18 years in Egyptian prison. The Croatian Embassy continually endeavoured to alleviate his sentence and pleaded for his amnesty. While he was in prison, Embassy's officials regularly visited him and monitored his condition.
