Commemoration for the Great FamineOn Sunday, 13th May 2012, the National Commemoration for the Great Famine of the mid-19th century victims was held in Drogheda, County Louth. The event took place at the European Union House, 18 Dawson Street, Dublin 2 with the participation of the Embassies of all EU member states and Croatia as an acceding country.
