On 26 August 2003, Mr. Tonino Picula, the Croatian Minister of Foreign Affairs, extended his condolences to Mr. Jaswant Sinha, the Indian Foreign Minister, on the occasion of terrorist attacks against Bombay on Monday, 25 August 2003.

“On the occasion of terrorist attacks in which several dozen people lost their lives, I extend to you and the Indian people, my sincere sympathy on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Croatia”, Minister Picula wrote.
