The Croatian National Day reception was organized and hosted by the Croatian Embassy, with 200 guests from the diplomatic, business, and academic circles, as well as with representatives of the Croatian community from ACT and NSW. The main guests were Mr Shane Rattenbury, MLA (Minister for Education in the ACT), and Mr Zed Seselja (Senator for the ACT). During his welcoming remarks, Ambassador Kušen put an emphasis on the importance of continuing joint cooperation with Australia, especially in the areas of economy, business and high technology.
