Ambassador Kušen on visit to South Australia

From 19-21 March 2015, the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade led by Minister Julie Bishop organized a study visit to South Australia for over 80 ambassadors accredited in Canberra, among which was also the Croatian Ambassador Kušen. The two-day program has included a reception hosted by the Governor Hieu Van Lee, a series of meetings with the Prime Minister and members of the Government of South Australia, visit the new Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI), and getting to know the economic situation and development priorities of South Australia. The program has also included a visit to the National Wine Centre with a presentation of potentials of wine production and agriculture, as well as a trip to Kangaroo Island and talks with relevant officials. On this occasion, Ambassador Kušen also met with representatives of the Croatian community in Adelaide, talked with the leadership of Australian-Croatian Chamber of Commerce(ACCC-SA), and on Sunday 22nd of March, he attended a Croatian service at the Church of St Patrick.
