Ambassador Kušen attended the celebration of the National Day of New Zealand (Waitangi Day) on 4 February 2018. He met with political leadership of the country. During the conversations both sides emphasized the friendship and strong connections between the two countries, predominantly through the large and influential Croatian community in New Zealand.
