Righteous Among the Nations

Croatia is humbled and proud that the two of its finest people, Gabrijela and Antun Golubić, have today been recognized as Righteous Among the Nations, receiving the highest honor the State of Israel bestows on non-Jews in the name of the Jewish People. To date, 122 persons have been honored as Righteous Among the Nations in the Republic of Croatia.

We honor the Righteous men and women whose acts of courage are reflected in the lives they saved, and who, by so doing, saved our world. To the survivors, the families of the Righteous and those they saved, we wish to say - we will never forget.
