„Dok-ing“ manufactures special machines for use in mining and demining. Beating the international competition, the Croatian company has successfully sold to the „Anglo-Platinum“ its mini-bulldozer, an original Croatian product, invented by Mr Majetic, owner of „Dok-ing“. „Anglo-Platinum is a subsidiary of the „Anglo-American“, one of the largest mining houses in the world. „Dok-ing“'s machines are used in the platinum and chrome mines. It was necessary to open the South African branch to provide a permanent presence of qualified service personnel and spare parts for the machines. „Dok-ing“'s South African branch starts with seven employees, of which three came from Croatia. The Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Pretoria was represented at the opening ceremony by Mr Nikola Grubišic, Third Secretary.
