State Secretary at the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Hido Biščević received today, 25 March 2004, Mihail Konarovski, the newly appointed Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Croatia, who handed the copies of his credentials
State Secretary Biščević and Ambassador Konarovski described the relations between Croatia and the Russian Federation as friendly, as proven by numerous bilateral meetings between Croatian and Russian officials in the last few months. It was pointed out that the relations between the Republic of Croatia and the Russian Federation are constantly on the rise, and opinions on the key issues regarding stability, security and co-operation in Europe were discussed.
