Pusić said that Croatia strongly supported Kosovo's independence and integrity and wanted to continue developing substantial relations in various areas. She also underlined the importance of Kosovo's participation in regional conferences and reiterated Croatia's strong support to Kosovo's European future. Pusić also supported the continuation of the Serbia-Kosovo dialogue.

Sadiku said that Croatia, in view of the implemented reforms and its EU accession, served as an example for Kosovo and other countries in the region, and expressed hope that Croatia would transfer the experience from these processes.

Puić informed Sadiku about this year's Croatia Summit, saying that it will focus on using Croatia's experience from the EU accession process in building modern state institutions. Apart from representatives from Southeast European countries, the summit will for the first time be attended by officials from the Southern Mediterranean countries.

The two officials also discussed a visit by Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Edita Tahiri to Croatia at the beginning of the next week, as well as a coming visit of officials of the Croatian Foreign Ministry to Pristina, during which they are to hold political consultations with their Kosovo colleagues.
