Minister Žužul extended his sympathy to H.E. Kemal Kharrazi, FM of the IR of Iran...

Mr. Miomir Žužul, Croatian Foreign Minister, extended his sympathy to Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, H.E. Kemal Kharrazi, on the occasion of the disastrous earthquake in the historical town of Bam, thousand kilometres from Teheran.

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Croatia and the Croatian people were deeply shocked to learn of the disastrous earthquake which caused massive loss of lives and property. On the occasion of this tragic event, allow me to express my sympathy to you, to the bereaved families and the whole Iranian people”, Minister Žužul said in this letter.

On behalf of the Croatian Government, the Croatian Foreign Ministry coordinates a speedy forwarding of humanitarian aid to the crisis area in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
