The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Croatia, Tonino Picula, received the newly-appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to the Republic of Croatia, Jehanne Roccas, in her first visit on 15 September 2003.

On submitting her credentials, the Ambassador had a friendly talk with the Minister in which they both stressed that there were no open issues between the two countries. Minister Picula said Croatia appreciated Belgian support for Croatia's admission to the Euro-Atlantic integration processes, noting there was still much room for a progress in economic relations between our countries.
