Minister Picula received credentials from Mr. Laszlo Mohai, the new Ambassador of the Republic of Hungary....

On 15 September 2003, Mr. Tonino Picula, the Croatian Foreign Minister, received credentials from Mr. Laszlo Mohai, the new Ambassador of the Republic of Hungary.

By expressing his belief in the continuation of good neighbourly cooperation, Ambassador Mohai reiterated the support of Hungary to the Croatian admission into NATO and the EU, and added that the Republic of Hungary is prepared to share its experiences from negotiation process with the Republic of Croatia.

Minister Picula thanked on the Hungarian support and said that the relations between the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Hungary may serve as an example of good neighbourly relations in the region, and evaluated that there are possibilities for its further deepening.
