MFAEI send protest note to BiH Embassy in Zagreb over BiH decision to ban import of certain products from Croatia

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration informed the BiH side that Croatia has imposed no new ban regarding the protection of human and animal health which would cause BiH to reach such a decision. It is also surprising that said decision was reached with no announcement and without consulting with the other side, which is a customary procedure. The Ministry has requested in the note that the decision promptly be re-evaluated and put out of force.

The Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Sarajevo also expressed protest yesterday to the relevant BiH bodies.
