MFAEI’s Diplomatic Academy organised lecture by prof. Herwig
The Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration organised on 9 March 2006, as a part of the Series of Open Lectures, a lecture by prof. Herwig Roggermann, Ph D, entitled On the Relation of Law and Politics Within The Different Legal Spaces of National, International and Supernational European Law
Assistant Minister for Information and Education Mario Horvatić opened the lecture by prof. Roggermann, ban expert in comparative law, international law, East European legal system, criminal law, criminal-procedural law, and international-criminal law.
In his lecture, prof. Roggermann especially reviewed the issues of the national, international and supernational European law’s area. His close co-operation with the faculties of law in Split and Zagreb, the numerous publications on the German, European and East Europeans law, as well as on the legal comparison and the development of law in ex-Yugoslavia, led to a great interest in the lecture.
The Series of Open Lectures are designed for the MFAEI and other state administration bodies’ officials.
