On 29 October 2003, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs notified the UN Secretariat of the extension of the jurisdiction of the Republic of Croatia at the Adriatic. The extension of the jurisdiction was established by the Decision of the Croatian Parliament of 3 October 2003.
