On 27 January in Zagreb, political consultations were held between representatives of Croatia’s Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Assistant Minister Gordan Bakota discussed with Head of the Fourth European Department Alexander Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko a series of bilateral issues, issues concerning Southeast Europe and wider international relations topics.

After the consultations, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Davor Ivo Stier held talks with Botsan-Kharchenko.
