Assistant Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Nebojša Koharović and Director for Non-European Bilateral Affairs and Eastern Partnership Andrea Javor 9 April held political consultations with Ran Curiel, Deputy Director for Bilateral Political Affairs at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The meeting discussed the two countries bilateral, multilateral and cultural cooperation as well as current events in the region.

The Israeli side showed great interest in Southeast Europe and Croatia’s relations with the neighbours, both political and economic. Israel sees Croatia’s upcoming EU entry as a strong incentive for other countries in the region.
