Ambassador Željko Čimbur presented credentials to Singapore President Sellapan Ramanathan, assuming duty of accredited ambassador to Singapore
President Ramanathan and Ambassador Čimbur also talked about the bilateral relations between Croatia and Singapore, describing them as friendly, with a vast potential for further cooperation development
President Ramanathan and Ambassador Čimbur also talked about the bilateral relations between Croatia and Singapore, describing them as friendly, with a vast potential for further cooperation development.
Ambassador Čimbur informed the Singapore president about the current political situation in Croatia and the region, as well as about the goals and achievements of Croatia’s foreign policy, namely in regard to the progress in the relations with the EU, and its possibilities in the economic relations development.
President Ramanathan extended greetings to Croatian President Stjepan Mesić and wished Ambassador Čimbur success in his work towards further development of the bilateral relations.
During his stay in Singapore, Ambassador Čimbur held a series of meetings with highest officials, laying the groundwork for further cooperation, especially in economy.
