On 16 May 2003, Mr. Božidar Gagro, Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to France, handed on behalf of the President of the Republic of Croatia the Croatian Morning Star Order with the portrait of Marko Marulić to Ms. Katarina Livljanić, Director of the distinguished Paris female choir, for medieval music Dialogos, at the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Paris.
The choir became famous in France and Europe at large by their interpretations of little known medieval melodies, including the Croatian Glagolitic melodies.
Ambassador Gagro emphasised the contribution of Ms. Katarina Livljanić to presenting the Croatian cultural heritage in France.
