In his talk State Secretary Plenković addressed the dynamics of accession negotiations between the Republic of Croatia and the European Union. He also addressed yesterday's positive outcome of the Arbitration Agreement referendum held in Slovenia, last week's Sarajevo conference on the European perspective of the countries of the South East Europe, and Croatian cooperation with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia.

Within the framework of his working visit to Brussels, the State Secretary gave the lecture before some sixty staff members of the European Union institutions, diplomats, the media and representatives of interested companies.
