President of the Meshihat Omerbašić expressed his satisfaction over the steady growth over the past few years in cooperation between the Republic of Croatia and the countries of the Middle East and North Africa, in particular on the economic level. Being an excellent expert on circumstances in the Islamic countries, Omerbašić pointed out to State Secretary Božinović some other real opportunities for the improvement of cooperation with these countries.

State Secretary Božinović also acknowledged the progress in relations and expressed his wish that they continue to develop in an even more intensive manner. He thanked the President of the Meshihat Omerbašić for the significant contribution of the Croatian Islamic Community in developing relations and their efforts made to the benefit of all citizens of the Republic of Croatia.
