Public procurement procedure for the customization of office spaceNotice of initiation of the public procurement procedure for the customization of office space of the Consulate General of the Republic of Croatia in Istanbul
Customization of office space contains:
- The demolition of the old walls and opening pass through the ceiling construction
- Constructing a plaster walls and ceilings
- Installation and purchasing air conditioners
- Electric works (modification / installation of electrical wiring and installation / supply diesel electricity generator)
- Setting up and purchase lighting fixtures
- Painting works
- Ceramic / parquet works
- Carpentry work (installation and supply of doors and windows)
- Glass works (installation and supply of glass counters)
In accordance with Article 6, paragraph 3, of the Ordinance on Public Procurement in diplomatic missions and consular offices of the Republic of Croatia abroad, Official newspaper “Narodne novine” No. 22 from 23.02.2012.
Consulate General of the Republic of Croatia in Istanbul on the day 10.01.2013 announces Call for tender / quotations for customization of office space of the Consulate General of the Republic of Croatia in Istanbul.
Bids must be in English.
The tender documents will not be charged.
The tender documents can be taken at the Consulate General of the Republic of Croatia in Istanbul, at adress: Oteller Sok. 1/2, Asmali Mescit Mah, Beyoglu, Istanbul, working days from 09: 00 to 15:00, no later than the deadline for submission of bids.
The deadline for submission of bids is 18.01.2013 until 12:00 at Consulate General of the Republic of Croatia Oteller Sok. 1/2,Asmali Mescit Mah., Beyoglu Istanbul.
