Minister of Justice and Public Administration of the Republic of Croatia Ivan Malenica visited European Court for Human Rights in Strasbourg

During his one day visit to Strasbourg Minister Malenica had met the President of the European Court for Human Rights Síofra O’Leary with whom he had exchanged the information on the activities of Croatia and Court as well as the possibilities of further cooperation. Minister handed the invitation letter of the Prime Minister of Croatia to the President of the Court to visit Croatia in first quarter of 2023.

Minister Malenica also signed the Second Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime (Budapest Convention) aimed at enhancing cooperation and disclosure of electronic evidence.
