The Deputy Mayor of Osijek Mr. Boris Piližota and the Mayor of City of Canada Bay Angelo Tsirekas signed the Cooperation Agreement of the two cities. The ceremonial reception at the Assembly of Canada Bay was attended by numerous representatives of the Croatian and Australian communities and distinguished guests. The signing of the Cooperation Agreement is a result of the great engagement of the former Councilor Mirjana Cestar and Mr. Zvonimir Kurtovic with a strong support of Consul General Mr. Hrvoje Petrušic. The guests were warmly welcomed by the Mayor of City of Canada Bay, the Deputy Mayor of Osijek and Ambassador Kušen.
