On Thursday, October 15 the elite Sydney restaurant, Glass, at the Hilton hotel, in the very heart of Sydney, organized a promotional dinner of the Croatian cuisine for over 200 Australian guests. The Croatian delicious were prepared by renowned Australian-Croatian chef Mr Joe Pavlovic. The Gala dinner was also used to present the traditional folk music and costumes, as well as for the promotion of Croatian tourism. The dinner was organised by the assistance and attendance of the Croatian Ambassador and the staff from the Consulate General.
