Croatian children from Sydney paid a visit to the Croatian Embassy

At the initiative of Consul General Mr Hrvoje Petrušic and Mr Ned Ticic, the group of eighty children from the Bonnyrigg School in Sydney has made a day trip to Canberra, including a visit to the Embassy. Children had the opportunity to see the Embassy building that was built by Croatian community, including some of their grandparents and relatives. With some Croatian-made cakes and snacks, the children have learned many interesting things about Croatia. They received as a gift a collection of textbooks from Croatian history and geography. As a part of a tour, they also visited the Australian Parliament and the Floriade.
