In the recent official visit to Wellington, Ambassador Kušen met new Speaker of the New Zealand Parliament Hon Trevor Mallard, and the representatives of the New Zealand Europe Friendship Group. He also had the meetings in the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. All meetings emphasized the excellent co-operation and friendship of the two states with special recognition of the importance of the great and influential Croatian community and its contribution to the construction of prosperous New Zealand.
