On Friday, 4th March 2016, Ambassador Kušen, together with the two new honorary consuls of Croatia in New Zealand, Mr Leo Panžic and Sir Peter Talijancich, had a meeting with the leaders of the " New Zealand - European Business Council " ( NZEBC ), President Mr Frank Olsson and Board Member Mrs Monique Surges.
The officials agreed to strengthen cooperation through the admission of new Croatian Honorary Consul Leo Panžic and Sir Peter Talijancich in associate membership of the NZEBC "s. They also agreed to assist in the process of establishing of "New Zealand-Croatia Business Council". The meeting concluded with the mutual interest of preparing a joint business forum on the subject of economic cooperation between New Zealand and Croatia .
