Ambassador Vesela Mrden Korac met Ms Heli Friedman, founder of the Israeli NGO Panim Hadashot-Women"s Leadership Parliament on 8 February 2019. Panim Hadashot initiated and runs the initiative Global Gender Guard.
In running the initiative and implementing other activities in the field of gender equality, Panim Hadashot cooperates closely with the Knesset"s Committee on the Status of Women and Gender Equality.
In discussion with the Ambassador, they expressed the interest in cooperating with the relevant institutions in Croatia and non-governmental organisations active in this field, especially with regard to legislative solutions and experiences in practice.
