Dunja Knebl, a famous Croatian folk (world music) singer, performed on Saturday night, 29 November 2006, in Johannesburg.
Her concert in “The Blues Room”, officially declared the best blues and jazz club in Johannesburg for the year 2005, was organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia.
In an intimate club atmosphere, Dunja successfully “warmed up” the audience, predominantly made up of Croatian South Africans, majority of whom have their origins in Dalmatia (southern Croatia).
