After a long and exhausting struggle with a disease, the Speaker of the Croatian Parliament Mr. Boris šprem passed away on 30 September 2012 at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, USA.
The Book of Condolences will be open at the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia, 1160 Church Street, Colbyn, Pretoria, on Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th of October, 2012 and can be signed from 13:00 to 15:00 hours.

Boris šprem was born in Koprivnicki Bregi on 14 April 1956. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb. He was unanimously elected Speaker of the Croatian Parliament at the constituent session of Parliament on 22 December 2011.
The funeral will take place on Thursday 4 October 2012 at noon at the Zagreb Cemetery of Mirogoj.
