Croatian Ambassador to South Africa Nenad Prelog presented his credentials to President of the Republic of Zambia Edgar Chagwa Lungu on 17 February 2016 in Lusaka. President Lungu and Ambassador Prelog discussed several areas of common interest, particularly in the sectors of tourism, hospitality and education. The day before Ambassador Prelog presented copies of his credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Zambia Harry Kalaba and they both expressed hope for the successful revival of once strong cooperation between the two countries. During his stay in Lusaka, Ambassador Prelog met also with the Croatian community in Zambia.
