Information for Swedish nationals travelling to croatia Nationals of the Kingdom of Sweden can cross the state border of the Republic of Croatia with a valid ordinary passport, temporary passport (provisoriskt pass) or with a valid national identity card (nationellt id-kort) which clearly indicates that the identity card holder is the Swedish national. The travel document has to be valid during the entire visit to the Republic of Croatia regardless of the date of expiry of the document. Above mentioned Schengen documents must be valid at the moment of leaving the Republic of Croatia. Economic forum on Croatia, 4 MayEconomic forum on Croatia, 4 May An economic forum on business and investment opportunities in Croatia will be held on Wednesday, 4 May 2011, in the premises of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, in joint organisation of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, Croatian Chamber of Economy and Swedish-Croatian Chamber of Commerce, and with support by the Croatian Embassy in Sweden. The forum, entitled „Croatia – Soon to be EUs 28th member“ is designed for both Swedish and Croatian firms interested in gaining a better insight in both countries' market requirements, investment opportunities and cooperation potentials, with special focus on four sectors: tourism, energy, small shipyards and organic food. The European Day of LanguagesCroatian Embassy in Stockholm participated on 27 September in the event marking the European Day of Languages 2010 on the premises of the European Commission Representation in Stockholm, together with the embassies and cultural institutes of EU member states.
