APPLICATION FORM ON-LINE

Application for Croatian visa forms:

• Citizens of Kosovo can apply for visa by filling out the on-line visa application form at: https://crovisa.mvep.hr . Once filled out, the form is to be printed, signed by the applicant (or a parent or legal guardian on behalf of minors), and submitted with other required documents to the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in Pristina.
• Visa application form can be downloaded in PDF format (Portable Document Format) and is available in different foreign languages:
