Amendments to the Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 allowed exporters to use five new General Exports Authorisations as part of the Regulation (EU) No 1232/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 November 2011 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 setting up a Community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items
Regulation (EU) No 599/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 setting up a Community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items came into force which allows the Commission to ensure regular and timely updates of the common list of dual-use items in conformity with the obligations and commitments taken by Member States within the international export control regimes.
Amendments to the Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 brought the new list of Dual-Use Items as a part of the COMMISSION DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2019/2199 of 17 October 2019 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 setting up a Community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items
Amendments to Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009, a new List of dual-use items was adopted: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/1749 of 7 October 2020 amending Council Regulation (EC) no. 428/2009 establishing a Community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items
REGULATION (EU) 2020/2171 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 16 December 2020 amending Annex IIa to Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 as regards granting a Union General Export Authorisation for the export of certain dual-use items from the Union to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland was published on the pages of the Official Journal of the EU on 21 December 2020. According to the terms of the Withdrawal Agreement, the United Kingdom is no longer a Member State of the European Union since 31 January 2020, and Union primary and secondary law will cease to apply to and in the United Kingdom when the transition period set out in the Withdrawal Agreement ends on 31 December 2020.
Regulation (EU) 2021/821 of the European Parliament and of the Council setting up a Union regime for the control of exports, brokering, technical assistance, transit and transfer of dual-use items (recast) allowed exporters to use two new General Exports Authorisations. This Regulation shall enter into force on the ninetieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
