The Estonian parliament unanimously ratified Croatia's Accession Agreement with the European Union today

The Estonian parliament unanimously ratified Croatia's Accession Agreement with the European Union today. The Act on the ratification of Croatia's Accession agreement was the first item on the parliament's first autumn session. Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Vesna Pusić spoke today by telephone with her Estonian counterpart Urmas Paet and thanked him for the ratification. Minister Paet expressed his satisfaction and stressed that today's ratification is “the result of good relations and the fact that the Estonian citizens believe that Croatia should be the 28th member state of the European Union”.
