State Secretary Željko Kuprešak visited Warsaw

During his visit, State Secretary Kuprešak met with State Undersecretary at the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs R. Wisniewski, Director General P. Wojtcziak, and Deputy Director General for EC Enlargement Jan Truszczynski.

The meeting with State Undersecretary Wisniewski focused on economic diplomacy, with the collocutors exchanging the experience. The separate meeting with Director General Wojtcziak saw the exchange of opinions about the organisation and functioning of diplomatic service, with the two presenting their countries’ models.

Friday saw the opening of the exhibition “Europe 2020 – Making the Future Together”, co-organised by the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration and the Croatian Embassy, in co-operation with the EC Delegation to Poland.

The exhibition was opened by Vice-Speaker of the Croatian Parliament Mato Arlović and Deputy Director General for EC Enlargement Jan Truszczynski.

On behalf of the organisers, opening speeches were held by Željko Kuprešak, Croatian Ambassador to Poland Nebojša Koharević, and Head of the EC Delegation to Warsaw Roza Thun.

Afterwards, a meeting was held between Deputy Director General for EC Enlargement Truszczynski and State Secretary Kuprešak.
