State Secretary for European Affairs Andreja Metelko-Zgombić 29 March 2018 signed the condolence book at the Russian Embassy over the shopping mall disaster in Kemerovo.
“We are deeply shaken by the terrible tragedy that occurred at the shopping mall in Kemerovo, claiming dozens of lives, including a large number of children. In these trying times, I would like to express condolences on behalf of myself and the Ministry of Foreign and European Integration to all the citizens of the Russian Federation, especially those who lost their loved ones in this tragedy,” reads the state secretary’s entry.
