State Secretary Lucić welcomes humanitarian aid from Switzerland

State Secretary for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation Zdenko Lucić on Wednesday welcomed Switzerland’s donation to the quake-hit areas of Croatia

State Secretary for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation Zdenko Lucić on Wednesday welcomed Switzerland’s donation to the quake-hit areas of Croatia. The donation of 20 fully equipped mobile housing units and 12 sanitation containers were handed over by Swiss Ambassador to Croatia Emilija Georgiev Regamey.

Lucić thanked the Swiss Government and the Swiss Embassy for this generous donation, underscoring that it would be of vital importance to the people who had lost their homes in the earthquake.  

Georgiev Regamey said that the donation was the result of the two countries’ good cooperation in the past, wishing all those affected by the earthquake courage, strength and perseverance.
