State Secretary Hido Biščević took part at the 2nd meeting of the foreign ministers of the EU-Western Balkans Forum
State Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Hido Biščević took part today, 22 November 2004 in Brussels, at the 2nd meeting of the foreign ministers of the EU-Western Balkans Forum established at the Thessaloniki Summit in June 2003
The meeting confirmed the European perspective of Western Balkans whose future lies in the EU. Approaching this goal will depend on individual achievements of each country in the implementation of the Copenhagen criteria and the meeting of the conditions determined by the Stabilisation and Association Process.
State Secretary Biščević informed participants at the Forum about Croatia’s efforts in preparing for the EU membership.
