State Secretary at the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Hido Biščević received today in Zagreb the Slovenian Ambassador to Croatia, Peter Andrej Bekeš
State Secretary Biščević congratulated Ambassador Bekeš on today’s ratification of the North Atlantic Treaty by the Slovenian parliament, expressing his conviction that Slovenia’s joining the EU and NATO will create favourable conditions for the expansion of the Euro-Atlantic integrations in this part of Europe and for solving of the open issues between Slovenia and Croatia. State Secretary Biščević and Ambassador Bekeš welcomed the continuation of the talks of state secretaries at the Croatian, Slovenian and Italian Ministries of Foreign Affairs regarding the issues of co-operation in the Adriatic.
