State Secretary Bakota met with the members of the Association of WW2 victims

State Secretary at the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Gordan Bakota met with the members of the Association of the Victims of the Second World War during Italian and German occupation 1941-1945, led by its president Neven Ivan Letinić

The meeting was held on the request of the Association following their last week’s report to the Italian government regarding the regulating of the war damages to Croatian citizens from the period of fascist regime during WW2.

State Secretary Bakota and Assistant Foreign Minister Berković expressed their sympathy for the suffering endured by the Croatian concentration camp inmates and announced that the Croatian government has founded an interdepartmental Working Group for the regulating of the war damages to Croatian citizens.
