On Friday, 19 December 2003, Ms. Tarja Halonen, President of the Republic of Finland, signed the decree on the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Croatia, by which the ratification procedure in Finland is officially concluded.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Finland will forward the signed decree to Brussels.
