Pusić thanked Kühnl for the cooperation and contribution to the advancement of the two countries’ relations and during his term. She also thanked the Czech Republic for ratifying Croatia’s EU Accession Treaty.

The two officials commented on the situation in the region, as well as the incoming Croatia Summit that will discuss the possibilities of using Croatia’s accession experience in state and institution building.

Pusić once again extended her condolences over the previous week’s bus crash on the A1 Zagreb-Split highway that had killed eight Czech tourists.
