Welcoming this decision, the Ministry would like to point out that by doing so, Portugal has become the 24th of the 26 NATO members to ratify the Protocol.
Convinced that Croatia will attend this year’s NATO summit in April as its full-fledged member, we expect the Protocol to be ratified soon by the two remaining members as well – Greece and the Netherlands.
