Ambassador Staničić emphasized the historic ties between Croatia and Bosnia

Ambassador Tonči Staničić handed over January 27th 2009 his credentials to Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Nebojša Radmanović, officially assuming the duty of ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Croatia to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Ambassador Staničić emphasized the historic ties between Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and especially the joint European future and Croatia’s willingness to transfer its experiences with the negotiation process on the road to the Euro-Atlantic integration.

President Radmanović wished Ambassador Staničić welcome. He pointed out Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Euro-Atlantic ambitions, stressing the importance of enhancing the bilateral economic cooperation.
