Mutual Suppression of Visas between the Croatian Government and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina...
Based on the Agreement between the Croatian Government and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Mutual Suppression of Visas, signed in Sarajevo on 5 December 2003, citizens of one contracting party, holders of valid travel or other documents, as specified in the Annex to the Agreement, may enter and stay without a visa, at the state territory of the other contracting party, up to 90 days, within the period of six months, starting from the first entry, provided that they do not perform any professional or commercial activity.
Travel and other documents of the Republic of Croatia which enable the entry to Bosnia and Herzegovina are identification card, passport, diplomatic passport, service passport, laissez passer, joint passport, seaman's book and shipper's book. This also refers to identification cards issued on old forms that will be valid in the Republic of Croatia until their expiry as indicated on each respective ID.
Travel and other documents of Bosnia and Herzegovina which enable the entry to the Republic of Croatia are identification card (CIPS), diplomatic passport, service passport, laissez passer, joint passport, seaman's book and shipper's book.
Identification card (CIPS) refers only to new identification cards of Bosnia and Herzegovina, unique at the whole territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina pursuant to the new Identification Card Act of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina No. 32/01).
By provision of Article 11 of the Agreement, its provisional application is specified from the day of signing, i.e. from 5 December 2003.
