Mr. Tonino Picula, the Croatian Foreign Minister, met Ms. Maria Soledad Alvear Valenzuela
On 25 June 2003, the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia to the Republic of Bulgaria celebrated the Statehood Day by a solemn reception held at the Embassy. The main guest was Mr. Tonino Picula, the Croatian Foreign Minister, who was in one day official visit to the Republic of Bulgaria.
The reception was attended by some 300 guests, including
Mr. Solomon Passy, the Bulgarian Foreign Minister, Ms. Meglena Kuneva,
the Bulgarian Minister of European Affairs, Mr. Božidar Abrašev, Minister
of Culture, heads of parliamentary parties, numerous representatives
of diplomatic corps accredited to Bulgaria, cultural and public figures
and journalists.
